So, my speedometer went out recently in my 92’ Jeep Wrangler . The tachometer and all my other gauges work, just not my speedometer. So far, I've replaced the speed sensor on the transfer case, and the complete gauge cluster with no luck whatsoever. I'm wondering if there's any other options I have before I get into wiring hell

Is it the actual gear on the sensor? I've had that strip out before.

Well the two things that you did were my first two suggestions.

In that case, check the speedo cable. You also may need to refill the speedometer fluid :)

Check to see if there is a sensor on the rear diff housing. Usually on top.
